Wolfe for Woodstock
I've served Woodstock for the last eight years as the Ward 5 City Council Member. During that time, I've believe we've made a difference in the place we call home - and I am eager to continue the work.

I'll continue to prioritize infrastructure investments, public safety, and strong fiscal management.
PRIORITIES
As a candidate and incumbent, I’m focused on addressing the key priorities that matter most to the residents of Woodstock. From keeping taxes low to investing in public safety and infrastructure, I’m dedicated to guiding smart, responsible growth for our city.
2 New Fire Stations
As a career fire professional, I’m proud that Woodstock is moving forward with the addition of two new fire stations to improve emergency response times and enhance public safety across our community. Our ISO 1 rated Woodstock Fire Department ranks among the best in the nation, backed by objective performance metrics and a commitment to excellence. I’m honored to help lead and support the dedicated men and women who risk their lives every day to protect ours.
Infrastructure Development
Traffic and growth are among the most important challenges facing our city, and I’ve worked to ensure we meet them with action and accountability. I’m proud to have supported major infrastructure investments like the current Neese Road widening and the Trickum Road improvements in partnership with Cherokee County that are already making a difference. I also championed the development of the Woodstock Comprehensive Transportation Plan to provide a clear, transparent roadmap for addressing traffic and managing growth responsibly.
100-Acre New Park + More Trails
I am proud to have supported the creation of the Parks Bond initiative - which 87% of voters voted for - which invests $24M in expanding our parks and trail infrastructure. I'm so excited to welcome a new 100-acre park in Ward 5 called Little River Park. In addition, we’re expanding our trail system to better connect neighborhoods beyond Downtown to the heart of the City, promoting walkability, healthy living, and a stronger sense of community.
Transparency
As a lifelong public safety professional, I believe transparency is the foundation of trust between a city and its residents. In my career in public safety, I’ve learned that accountability and clear communication save more than just time and resources, they save lives. Whether it’s responding to emergencies or managing taxpayer dollars, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of being open, honest, and accountable to the people we serve. That same commitment to transparency guides my approach to public service in Woodstock—because our community deserves leaders who listen, share information openly, and make decisions in the best interest of everyone.
Tax Policy
We’ve lowered the millage rate by 34% since I first took office, and the rate we have today is the lowest it’s been in 30 years.
This year, we went beyond a full rollback to deliver an actual tax cut for Woodstock residents — a direct result of disciplined budgeting and responsible financial management.
Fiscal responsibility remains one of my top priorities, and I will continue working to keep taxes low while ensuring the City provides high-quality services our residents expect and deserve.
Growth
Growth should be thoughtful and measured. City Council must balance private property rights with the long-term vision our community has developed through extensive public input.

I will continue to review every development proposal through the lens of Woodstock’s comprehensive plans to ensure that new projects align with our community’s character, values, and long-term goals.
